How legendary to be condemned.

For within the depths of my cognition

I awaken you, realization.

Tell me, what other options surfaces in the mind?

A sobering truth by default.

An opportunity to praise thy struggle

And harness thy strength.

Apprehension towards the war rising.

Assurance of the warrior within.

Experience wears the helmet of wisdom,

Desire the shield of fortitude.

Unrelenting creatures aptly advance.

They march with the intent of a casualty.

To them I stand mysteriously un-numb.

I will look down on them

Condemned to overcome.
